| To ensure a successful show, please make note of the following
important points:  Arcadian Virtual Reality,
L.L.C. will stun your audience with cutting-edge Virtual Reality
technology. We require at least a 90 minute setup period before the starting
time of your event. We will also require at least a 60 minute disassembly time
after your guests have left. Waiting time in excess of the scheduled
hours is extra.
Check the width of all doorways, including elevators, to be used to access
event area. Doorways must be an unobstructed 48 inches wide minimum. Elevators
must have an inside dimension of 5 feet by 8 feet minimum. No escalators!
Check the width of all hallways to be used to access event area. Hallways must
be an unobstructed 5 feet wide minimum.
Check the height of loading docks, if any. Loading docks can not be more than
2 feet above street level. If docks are more than 2 feet above street level,
extra help, a ramp, or a lift must be supplied by the customer.
Check for stairs. Arcadian will carry the simulators and equipment up or down
a maximum of 4 stairs, extra help must be supplied by the customer if there
are any stairs. Please note that stairways must also have a width of at least
5 feet.
Check for proper electricity. The simulators supplied by
Arcadian require a dedicated
20 amp circuit using a floor or wall outlet located no more than 10 feet from
setup area.
Setup area must have a floor space of at least 16 feet wide by 8 feet deep.
(call for details) Floor space can change depending on game options. Ceilings
must also be at least 8 feet high.
Tent must be supplied for an outdoor event.
Flooring must be supplied if setup is to be on grassy, unpaved or uneven areas.
Any balance due must be paid prior to start of setup.
