Equipment & Extras Rental Price

1 - Base show: SU2000 Series ..............................................$900.00
SU3000 Series ..........................$1,500.00

This is for a four hour show and will allow approximately one hundred party members, per pair of pods to enjoy the Virtual Reality experience which includes:

Two Virtuality pods & two game experience.
Two 25" overhead T.V. monitors.
Truss system for monitors & sound system for music
Arcadian crew member to assist party members on the operations of the game.

2 - Additional Hours SU2000 Series ................................$ 100.00/hour
SU3000 Series ...............$ 200.00/hour

If event is scheduled for more than four hours.

3 - Waiting Time ............................................................. $ 250.00/hour

If event duration is greater than agreed upon time, this will result in an additional charge of two hundred fifty dollars per "waiting" hour.

4 - Mileage ...........................................................................$0.45/mile
Fuel cost .........................................................................$ market price

BONUS the first one hundred miles are FREE!!! tolls are not included
Mileage beyond one hundred miles will be an additional charge of forty five cents per mile. All miles are taken from Rand McNally Motor Carriers Atlas

5 - Game Experience Prices ....................................... $ 100.00/experience

Allow your party members to wander through other Virtuality game experiences. While two or three experiences are included in the base price, each game experience thereafter is only an additional one hundred dollars. Two or three game experiences can be run at any given time depending on show options. There is also a short delay to install other game experiences.

6 - Lodging : ..................................................................Prices May Vary

If show is more than one day and/or three hundred miles from Kansas City office, lodging must be provided.

7- Additional Days SU2000 Series .....................................$ 500.00/day
SU3000 Series .................$ 1,000.00/day
